Upgrading Confluence dc from 8.5.4 to 9.2.1

Hi, I want to know about connector. We have mysql-connector-java-5.1.46-bin.jar. Will it be supported by default for 9.2.1? Do I need to download separately new one? I also saw rpm package but confused that there should be jar filer or something?

Hi @Hussein s 

I recommend downloading the latest version of MySQL connector and use it for your 9.2.1 instance.  While the 5.1.46 may work, I would use the upgrade as an opportunity to patch all addons to the more latest supported versions.

Hi Shawn, I could find rpm file 9.0.0 but not jar file of connector. Is there any documentation around the same? I even used some online website to convert rpm to jar but not sure if it's correct approach.
