Anytime I run my upgrade - I get a message that it completes successfully. splash page and login work find. But I cant access any of the data. I have followed the instructions on your page, but cant determine where the error is happening.

Your error may be related to gzip compression.
Before upgrade, can you check if confluence is compressing data?
I believe this could also be added to your server.xml file(not sure at the moment but give it a go).
If this fails, check your logs if any error is thrown in them.
