Upload File on Confluence using REST API

Hi All,

Do we have any add-ins or API which allow command line file upload to Confluence Space. 
Or is there any method available for a file from shared folder to be uploaded to Confluence space automatically everyday.

Also, please let me know if it require System admin rights or space admin rights will work to upload any file on Confluence using REST API

Yes, the REST API has functions for working with attachments.  It has the same permissions as the web front end.  So you need to log in as a user who has the permission to attach files in the space.
