I need to upload big video file 9.5 GB to Confluence Cloud instance. I've changed attachment size limit but still facing some issues (error connecting to server).
Please help.
Confluence simply isn't built for files of that size, it's timing out.
You also need to remember that for a small install of Confluence, 9Gb is nearly 2/5ths of your data allowance. (For large, it's still nearly 10%)
Yep. In these circumstances we upload to services that can support such files sizes and then use a link to the file from a corresponding Confluence page in appropriate situations. For example, a Confluence page can help provide context, instructions etc. around uploaded file(s).
