To avoid this type of situation in the future, I recommend you to use templates (especially useful for repetitive information, such as warnings or notes). You can create them using app Content Template Macro for Confluence (it also supports HTML!). Thanks to this, you have to modify only template (under Global or Space configuration, depending on your settings) and changes will be applied to all pages where the macro is used.
