Dear Atlassian Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I am reaching out regarding my free Atlassian account, which I have not accessed for the past few months. I recently discovered that the account appears to have been deleted, and with it, some very important documents and project materials that I urgently need to recover.

I understand that inactive free accounts may be subject to removal after a certain period; however, the data stored on this account is extremely valuable to me, and I would be incredibly grateful if there is any way to recover it even temporarily to retrieve my documents.

This is a public Community forum and while users here can provide community support and offer helpful advice, we can't access your account.

As Free Confluence and Jira come without Atlassian support, I'm afraid that your chances of recovery are limited.

Chances to recover are low, but I called Atlassian Support specialist for assistance to this thread. Automatic reply says, that answer will be in a few business days.

Maybe, it's still not too late and they can help.
