Urgent: Unable to Delete Organization or Cancel Billing—No Support Access

Hi Atlassian Community and Staff,

I’m experiencing a critical issue with my Atlassian Cloud account after I accidentally created several organisations by mistake. In each of them:

I am the only user in my organization.

I have no domains listed and cannot add or remove any.

Hi @adam smith

Each organization is independent to each others, you can delete an organization without affecting the other or your original organization.

Your Atlassian account it could be managed by the organization that ha registered your company domain, or it could be an unmanaged account.

In any case, your user account exists independently to the organizations you are.

If you have created new organizations by mistake, is normal that there isn't a registered domain, due that the domain registration is a secondary step.

If you have issue, I suggest to contact the official Atlassian support.
