Use AJS.toInit(function() to write helloworld

I can't find the simpliest Javascript insert.

How do I add javascript and using javascript write HelloWorld to screen and still have all the confluence buttons.

Simplying putting 

<script> document.write("helloworld"</script>

ends up with a page with all the surrounding confluence boxes gone and no way to ever edit the page again.
