Hi,

We'd like to integrate a subdomain such as wiki.oururl.com for Confluence Cloud. Is this possible by now or can we only work with a redirect?

Thanks!

Best

Mark

Hello @Mark Stolzenberg !

Currently, this is not possible in Atlassian Cloud. The closest thing you could achieve Atlassian side would be to rename your site from currentname.atlassian.net into anothername.atlassian.net.

The .atlassian.net part of the address is inherent to all Cloud Sites. If you are interested in knowing a little more about how to rename your site, take a look here:

The best approach to this situation would probably be the redirection you mentioned. If people visit a specific URL that you hold control of, redirect them to the Confluence URL.

I hope this clarifies things!
