User can not see dashboard

Hi all,

my setting as an admin is that the homepage should be the dashboard. But the user dont get the dash if they log-in. They have a grey site (screenshot). What am I doing wrong?

Hi,

We had the same problem. After some examination, we found out that problem was about the web browsers which were being used by our teams. IT department had updated all of our web browsers without any notification. The update prevented browsers to display some elements running with javascript. Try to display your JIRA on some other web browser.

Hi Mahendran,

I tried but i have no manage dashboard button anymore. There is a switch to old version dashboard button instead.

Please make sure your dashboard have right permission to view it
