Hello everyone,
We are using Confluence Server 7.9.0
There´s an user, that have licence and space permissions to access documentation. But when he tried from issue view, to access an attached confluencee url, he can´t acees to the page and receive the following message:
It sounds like the user has access to your Confluence instance but does not have access to the Confluence space. Check the space permissions and ensure that the user can access the space. If they have space permissions then the page might be restricted and you will need to make sure that they have access to that.

Hi @Sofia Quintero ,
based on the screenshot provided it seems to be not a permission issue (the message should be "User has not privileges to access this page" or something similar) but it seems to be related to a wrong URL
Are u sure that it works for other users?
Hope this helps,
Fabio
