User is not able to edit the page, they can edit other pages and it is working fine.

User is getting below error:

Unable to edit

Editing is unavailable right now. Try again in a few minutes.

We tried to restart the Synchrony after changing the collaborative editing options, still it is not working.

If restarting Synchrony and adjusting collaborative editing options didn't resolve the issue, there might be a few other steps worth trying:

• Clear Cache and Cookies: Sometimes, issues like this can be caused by cached data. Ask the user to clear their browser's cache and cookies and then try editing the page again.
• Try Different Browsers or Devices: Sometimes, issues like this can be browser-specific or related to the device being used. Ask the user to try a different browser or device to see if the problem persists.
• Check Permissions: Ensure that the user has the necessary permissions to edit the specific page. Sometimes, permissions might have been inadvertently changed.
• Inspect Logs: Check the application logs to see if there are any error messages or indications of what might be causing the issue. This might provide more insight into the problem.
• Restart the Confluence: If possible, try restarting the confluence server with clearing the cache. This can sometimes clear out any temporary issues causing editing problems.
• Contact Support: If none of the above steps work, it might be a more complex issue. Generate the support zip and contact the support team.
