User is not able to get the list of users when he mentions @

Hello Team

When a user mentions @ in any confluence pages he is not able to get any suggestions of names. Tried reindexing of the confluence but it didn't work. Can you please suggest any methods or work around for this.

It's probably a permissions issue. Verify that user has the same groups as users that can browse the users.  It's likely as simple as missing the browse users permission.
