User label subscribe

Is there a way the user can be alerted to any meeting notes which have a tag/label relating to their user likes via email. For example, the user lists topics/labels he/she likes on their profile page and wants to get alerted to if another user tags the labels to their meeting notes

It's not yet possible, but we do have a feature request for it below:
