Hi!! I thought I'd ask here, I invited a user to join our Confluence space and they didn't receive the email. I sent it again (twice more) and even chose "reset password" and they didn't get any of the emails. Finally, they went and tried to sign up themselves and it said something about a verification email being sent to them... but they didn't receive it.
They have an office 365 account that we set up earlier this week with our own domain and it's not going to spam or anything...
Thanks in advance for any assistance!
Have you ever solved this? We're having exactly the same issue with a fresh Office 365 user on our custom domain. He's receiving all other emails just fine. Other users can receive Atlassian emails no problem too.
Nope. We've never been able to resolve this and it's happened a couple of other times. We ended up using personal gmail accounts to set up their Confluence accounts for them.

I actually found another thread on the same issue which explains what happens. Check this out:

Apparently you need to wait a couple hours after creating an Office 365 user before you send any invitations for Atlassian cloud products.

Running into the same issue. Office365 accounts were created earlier in the day guess we'll wait a day to resend invitation.

Hi JP,
Did the user look in their spam folder? I've had a couple of experience where Outlook.com or O365 marks emails like those from Atlassian as spam.
Best,
Maarten

Hey Maarten! Thanks, it's not going to Spam, we check a couple of times to be sure.
