We have a user who has had no issues viewing tasks.
Suddenly they are unable to view any tasks/bugs assigned to them. There is no error message, just a blank screen when the project is opened.
They can access the project itself.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
A blank screen when the list is opened suggests either a broken browser, or javascript being blocked by the browser.
Have you ever tried to log in with another computer or browser?

It might be the permission issue only.
Please check if they have set issue security level because only people at that security level can see the issue.

The permission level remains the same as when the account was setup, and all other users with that same permission level are able to view their bugs/tasks.
There was no issue up until today, which seems quite odd.
