I need to get a users report once a month. I want this report automatically, is it possible?

Hi!

Yes, it is possible to generate and automatically receive a monthly user activity report in Confluence, but not natively in all versions. Usually, you’ll be required to use a third-party app or automation through API.

There isn't a built-in solution for automatic recurring user data exports in Confluence Cloud. An alternative is to use the API to create a custom solution that meets your needs.

If you're open to using third-party applications, our Viewtracker app can assist with your requirements. This report provides some of the data you might want for your use case. Although scheduled exports are unavailable now, you can apply the desired filters to the report, copy its URL, and include this link in a recurring calendar entry.

Welcome to the community. Confluence cloud is mostly focus around space and page analytics. What exactly are you looking for in a user report?

There is great automation features under confluence automations you may want to lookout to see what would be helpful for you.
