the new knowledge base is name ITS Knowledge Base. But what is bing searched is one named /customer/kb
There is not a space named customer kb or a page that we can find. Is that some type of default?

Thank you for contacting us. From what I understand, when users search on your Service Desk, it's searching a different space? Can you show me what you mean by that? Please provide a screenshot if possible.
