Using Confluence Page Title as variable in Macros

Is there any way to use the title of a page as a parameter in a Conflence Page Macro? I am aware I can create my own User Macros to do this but I need a way to use the current macros and do this without creating my own.

I am using Confluence 5.3

Run-now macro has $page_title variable replacement and the reporting plugin has something similar.
