Using In-built Search help dialog

Confluence displays a search help icon which when clicked opens a "Search Help" dialog with some info on different search options. This help icon is available only in "Advanced Search" page or in the search results page within the search textbox. 

Is it possible for us to use/call this search help dialog from the search box we use?
