Using Page Properties Report macro for multiple spaces

TS May 16, 2018 edited

I've set up Space 1, Space 2, and Space 3.

I need to display a page properties report in Space 1 that captures and displays info from Space 2 and Space 3. The page properties table includes columns for Project Name, Status, and Last Updated.

When I set the Page Properties Report up to capture info from pages within the same space, it displays as expected, but when I set it up to capture the same info from Space 2 and Space 3, only the Project Title colum is populated. Data from Status and Last Updated columns does not display.

Can anyone helpPagePropertiesReport.png

@TS Please verify the table rows on the pages are case sensitive between all the pages. This could be the case if your page properties report is looking for Status instead of status.

Just saw your example photo, update your page properties report macro so it displays column Status instead of status. See if that works.

Thank you for the quick suggestion. It turned out to be a casing issue as suggested. I updated the parameters, and now it works as expected.

@TS If this solution worked out for you, I would appreciate it if you marked this question as answered. This will help others to know the macro fields can be case sensitive.
