Using Smart Links to link to a specific spot in a spreadsheet

Hi does anyone know how to use Smart Links to link to a specific spot in a spreadsheet? 

When I use get link to this cell in Google sheets and paste that into Smart Links it doesn't work, it will bring me to the first tab of the spreadsheet.

I used support and the chatbot was able to answer my question...

Unfortunately, Smart Links in Confluence do not support linking directly to a specific cell in a Google Sheets document. When you use the "Get link to this cell" feature in Google Sheets and paste it into Confluence as a Smart Link, it defaults to opening the first tab of the spreadsheet rather than the specific cell. This is a limitation of how Smart Links handle Google Sheets URLs[^00^].

If you need to direct users to a specific cell, you might consider including instructions or a note in your Confluence page to guide them to the correct location within the spreadsheet after they open it.

PS - Community Product Team you should consider running a community question post through the chatbot before allowing the user to post the question.
