Video or picture preview never displayed (infinite loading ?)

Hello, 

On our confluence we have a page where we share novelties with other teams with pictures & videos. 

Usually no problem, but since this week I cannot seem to add a new video or picture. 
The person that uploads it can see the video but others cannot they only see that : 

..then after some time even the creator see that. 
the problem is on EVERY page. 

any idea ?
