Videos in the help centre

Hi there

I've created a Confluence article which is in a space linked to the Jira Service Desk Help Center/Customer Portal.

I drag and dropped a video into the Confluence article and it displays great in Confluence as an embedded video, but in my help center just displays as a link

.

Can I get the video to play within the help center? If not can I just create a link to the video that says "Click here to view the video" rather than just the name of the video as the link (see screenshot)

Unfortunately embedded videos aren't possible in JSD yet - Atlassian has an open ticket in their backlog, JSDCLOUD-5919. The workaround you're thinking of is also detailed in the ticket.

Thank you for the update, according to the mentioned ticket, they're currently working on a solution for this.
