This is a public forum where we're all volunteers trying to help each other, so we can't see (for good reasons!) what is going on in your private Confluence.

Could you provide a screencapture (with any sensitive information blurred or covered) to help us understand what you are trying to achieve? Are you trying to add a macro to the page, or using the 'more actions' menu to do something? This will help Community members suggest a possible solution.
