Want to change the theme of a confluence page but changes are not reflecting......why?

 Hi,

1. I want to change the theme of my confluence page I am attaching screen shots for what changes I have done but I am not able to see the same changes on page please can u guide us?

2. I am not able to see CSS and JAVA Script options in theme please can u tell us why? Attaching a screen shot for what options I am able to see.....

the theming is done by using an addon/app from the Atlassian marketplace.

You should contact the app/addon vendor for support.
