Want to display a page link only to the particular user/group

In the below screenshot I have used the Children Display macro. I have set the restriction for the Test Page 3 to a group/user. Is there any possibility to show the Test Page 3 link to only the restricted user/group and hide to the others who have no access to the page?

Have you tried yet if the users without access permissions to 'Test Page 3' can see the page in Children Display? I think it does actually work like that (i.e. they don't see it - specifically due to lack of permissions), but could be wrong.
