Want to integrate Confluence space with the web application. In the web application, when the end user clicks the help icon, the confluence space should open.

please provide the steps to achieve this requirement.

If you want to display the content you will need to use the REST api to get the content to display in your web app. You will not be able to iframe it as Atlassian does not allow you to iframe its could Confluence.

You need to add the url for your Confluence installation to the web application.

There's not a lot more we can tell you than this - your question is just "add a link to your system" and we can't tell you how to do that because all you've told is that you have an application that needs a link added to it.
