Ways to boost collaboration for teams new to remote work

My team has recently migrated to a complete remote infrastructure which significantly reduces our in-person engagement. While we have video conferences to stay in connection, I wanted to see if anyone can share innovative ways they use Confluence to boost collaborative efforts and bring teams together who are new to remote work.

My company is pretty much living in Confluence and Slack at this point. All long term information lives in Confluence, which is great.
