The page is being watched, all of the user specific notifications are set to be on and the system settings for email notifications are on.
Anyone else having this issue or no what is causing it?
@Denise Kramer - The Atlassian status page for Confluence is not showing any outages or issues. https://confluence.status.atlassian.com/
Can you provide a littler more information? Is this happening on all pages and for all users? Or is it just some pages and some users?
@Brant Schroeder Hi Brant, I believe it is happening on all pages, for all users. I ran several tests and my IT team also ran some all with that result. However, if you @mention someone in a page, a notification will be sent for that.
The last page update notification that I received was June 24th. So it has not been working for a while. I tend to get notifications almost daily since I manage much of our content in Confluence.
Thanks,
Denise

@Brant Schroeder Funny I just ran another test. We have the Copy Page Tree add-on app. I added myself as a watcher of the space and then ran the Copy function. I got an email notification for every page, but it seems that the notifications were only about attachments on those pages, not the page itself.

@Denise Kramer have you checked you email notification settings to ensure your preferences are setup to get page updates? https://support.atlassian.com/confluence-cloud/docs/subscribe-to-email-notifications/

@Brant Schroeder Yes, I checked that. But I have to say that none of the options on that page seem to describe getting email notifications for changes to pages you are watching. Which one do you think it is?
