We are unable to upgrade confluence data center from 7.8.1 to 7.13.0.

We followed the documentation page, we might have missed some step and giving the trouble to upgrade.  Please suggest.

My question after looking at your screenshots is whether this is your first Confluence data center node upgraded or some node after you've upgraded the first node.
