We need to move our confluence to cloud

Hi , Now our confluence running in one of our lockal server . But we are planning to move this confluene to cloud with out loss any data . So let me know if any way to move this to cloud and what will be the cost for this

Define "cloud"

If you mean Atlassian's OnDemand offering, then have a look at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Importing+wiki+data, but "cloud" could mean almost anything other than "hosting it ourselves". If it is another hosting company, then that link is likely to be useful, but you'll need to check with them.
