Dear concerned,
I have been using JIRA/Atlassian since Summer 2020. I access my JIRA roadmaps/Kanban boards very frequently. Today, I receive an email saying that my site "team-1612202819940.atlassian.net" will be inactive as of October 30th. Does the website encompass the work I have done so far or is it a separate entity?I don't wish to lose my project management progress.
Best,
Mohamad
Hi @Mohamad El Bohsaly ,
Seems that you are using the free version (is that correct?) If so then this is normal that you would receive and email that you site would be deactivated if not used.
Simply continue to log in and use the site regularly and nothing would be terminated. But make sure that you log in also as the owner of the site.
Check the team-<long number> very carefully too - last week we had a client complain about the email and tell us they were using the site several times a week. Turned out the number on the site they were using was very similar to the old test one they had fired up months ago and abandoned, and were then getting mailed about. They had (understandably) misread it!

@Mirek True that, free version. I deleted the home page from the space and so far nothing is lost from JIRA.
@Nic Brough -Adaptavist- I see. Thanks both!
