What add-ins and confluence version do i need to have Table Transformer macro ?

I have  Confluence 6.6.8 and i do have table filter and chart macro but somehow table transformer macro is not available.

Table Transformer macro is available starting from version 5.0.0 of Table Filter and Charts app.
