What are the database change for Confluence 7.4.5 upgrade?

I need to know which tables that are affected with the upgrade as we attempted to upgrade ours but our SQL Server 2017 has database replication and one of the table cannot be DROP due to it is part of the database replication. What are the tables affected with the upgrade so that the data replication could be turn-off for the meantime during the upgrade.

@Timmy Oliveira - Welcome to the community.  This is not something that is included in the release notes.  I would suggest turning it off for the entire database, all tables, during the upgrade.  Then after the upgrade you can turn it back on.
