What does the little "A" indicate when editting on a Confluence page

While editting a Confluence page a little "A" appears where the cursor is and I cannot get rid of it. What is this for? I thought it was to indicate other changes have been made to the page - but I am the only one editting the page?

Fixed it - I had another version of the page open for editting on another machine..
