I have a couple of questions for the group.
1) What happens to pages that are in edit mode and unpublished when an account gets deactivated?
2) What happens to pages made in the person's personal space?
3) Is there a way as an ADMIN that I can see all pages created in a space, even those that may be "hidden" from me due to privacy restrictions? So that if a user is deactivated I'm able to assume responsibility for those pages or grant access to the appropriate person?
As long as the page that have unpublished changes has been published at least once then those unpublished changes will stay and applied when anyone publish it even if the user has been deactivated.
Personal spaces stays, and would have the same space permissions as other spaces that has been defined on a global level. The only time you would not have access to it is if the user removed the default permissions on their personal space.
As an admin you can go and make changes to the space permissions under Settings > Space permissions and add yourself to "hidden" spaces. Note that this does not applies to personal spaces.
