There are of integrations between jira, confluence, bitbucket and Microsoft teams and o365.
Has anyone worked out the ROI for integrating these systems, e.g. if you have one thousand people using both what is the expected benefit from connecting the systems?
Ideally id like to see a pluggable formula and some reasoning. I'd really like to see a quantifiable amount. e.g If you have 500 staff licenced for both tools and you integrate the tools then what is be benefit interms of time, output, descisions, dollars, etc.
I can let you know the value I have had using this in the past. It really depends on how you are integrating the applications and what apps you use to do so. I have worked with companies where Microsoft 365 was core to their business. They integrated their Atlassian apps with AD to control access automatically. This allowed them to manage access in one application to all other apps. They also integrated with teams and SharePoint. Teams allowed for better collaboration and responsiveness for their support team. The integration with SharePoint allowed access to their documents in Confluence so they had a single repository. Hope this helps.
Thanks for the response, I'm really looking for something more quantifiable. e.g. An estimate on time saved, improved decisions or information referenced, etc.
