What is the best way to allow our users to flag a page that has been created in the wrong location, is out of date, duplicated or poses a security risk?

We have a growing concern over this and we want a quick way for our users to report a page to notify the page author, space owner and system administrator.

Not everyone has rights to comment or add labels so it is quite important that we find a practical solution.

I guess if label adding and commenting is not possible by all users ; only way is to share the page to any required persons.

Hi @Martin James

A few ways

  1. I think easiest way it to work with labels. Tell your users to add a label to confluence pages that need to be reviewed. The label should have a good name like "review". Think of something useful for your requirement.
  2. If 1 is no option use an add-on: TechTime Report Abuse may be fitting.

Cheers
Niklas
