What is the difference between Document theme and the Default theme?

It's hard to find something about it and I don't think it's a good idea to just switch it. So, what's the difference or where can I find more information? Especially the pro's and con's if possible.

Hi Vera, 

The difference between Document theme and Default theme is that Default theme is the theme you get when you install confluence. The Documentation theme is one of the themes bundled with Confluence. You can get more information on this link:

Yeah, found that page too... but as I said, that's not something what says why you should use the documentation theme or just stick with the default one....

Hi Vera, For you see in more details, you can create an space to test, go in Space Tools (left menu at the bottom), Look and Feel. You will see the option to customise between Default and Documentation theme. If you customise the Documentation Theme, you will see that you can change the structure of the page, creating you own sub-tree links, etc. On the Default theme, you are more limited.
