While processing a large migration (running at least 4 days) on a different machine I'd like to let
the Confluence system open to the users for read. And do not want to do a large hassle on permissions.
What is the most elegant way to achieve this?
Would a deny write on the db user do the job?
The system in use is Confluence 5.4 and MS SQL Server.
Hi Herald,
This page lists you a few options on how to achieve that: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/How+to+Make+Confluence+Read-Only
Cheers!
