What kind of permission has to Confluence for using database?

I'm tryint to settup confluence to my server and it ask to me database connection url.

Now, my database team is create db for confluence but they said that "Conflunce, what kind of permmission has ?"

Are there any specification when my team setup db for confluence?

When i will give to db connection string, what will do?

For example; create table, insert data ect.

When you install confluence and access it for the 1st time, it would show up the installation wizard. Where you need to specify the database details.

Confluence needs to create tables on the Database you created for it.

Ask your DBs, to create an account on the DB something like "confluenceuser", and make that account as the owner of the Confluence database.

Once this is done,  you can provide the connection string and credentials on the Confluence setup wizard.
