What permissions are required to create confluence space and page

Hi i am new to jira and confluence integration i am using basic authentication and the credentials are from the service account [email and token]

I dont know what permissions are required?

Welcome to Community!

To create a Confluence space, you generally need to have global permission to "Create space," which is managed by Confluence administrators or Org Admin. 

For creating pages, you need "Add" permission within the specific space where you want to create the page.
