What permissions do I need to create a page template?

What permissions do I need to create a page template?  I can create one in my personal space but not in any of my other spaces.

Hi @Eric McLean ,

You will need to have the Space Admin permission to create a Page Template for the Space in question. For system-wide templates, you will need to be a Confluence Administrator.

That's correct, only space administrators can create templates in Confluence Cloud and site admins can create global templates.
