What's the easiest way to link to an uploaded file on another page?

As librarians, we need an easier way to refer to files uploaded on other pages in the Space so that we avoid finding, navigating to and copying URLs from the page containing the file in order to just put a link to the file on the new page. Unless I'm whiffing on seeing a "find attachments in this Space" feature.
