Problem 1: When exporting a Confluence White board which has hyperlinks on it, as a PDF, the hyperlinks on the board are not accessible in the PDF. They are not clickable. This is a major roadblock in fully adopting whiteboards.
Problem 2: The exported PDF are not OCR enabled and you can not select any text in it. I had thought of a workaround for the problem 1 by writing the URLs in plain text but I am unable to select and copy that URL in the PDF as it is not OCRed.
There are currently no direct workarounds to make hyperlinks clickable in exported Confluence Whiteboard PDFs.
Additionally, you've provided clarification in this thread, which we can also await confirmation on
Solved: Export Whiteboard to Print or PDF (atlassian.com).
