When migrating from OD, watches aren't migrated?

It would seem that our client, for whom we have migrated from OD to Download, is experiencing users not having their watches (pages to watch) migrated.

On migration, we have, as per request, set up two user dirs as Internal Dir with LDAP Authentication, the functioning of which, according to my understanding, should only create new users when no previous users exists, but authenticate existing users, keeping their settings.

Hi Sune,

User bases were most likely changed when you moved to LDAP, so the people on the watch list dont technically exist. This is because in OnDemand we use the internal crowd directory only for users, so if the username doesnt match between the OD internal directory and LDAP, the user account wont exist.
