When will Atlassian add the feature to watch confluence database changes?

Our users really want/need this feature and we find it hard to understand why it wasn't part of the initial rollout.

Hi @Adam_Sterrie do you happen to know the Atlassian Jira Ticket number for this issue?

I was searching for it and I can't find it on Atlassian's Jira site?

That way people who are interested in it can vote for it and watch it for updates.
