When will Label Tools plugin be converted for confluence version 5.1.5+?

I read in https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.adaptavist.confluence.labeltools that Label Tools plugin is next in line after all commercial plugins have been ported. When will the Label Tools Plugin be available for confluence 5.1.5 ? (beginning of october, mid of october, end of october or later than that?)
