Where are the automation settings in the new navigation? After switching they have disappeared from the space settings where they were before, and are only reachable via the general administration.
Is this the only place they will be reachable from now on? How can space admins reach them, if they do not have administration rights for the entire product?
Hi @Teresa Kortmann ,
Welcome to the community !!
Go to page list and click on action menu (3 dots). You can find the Automate link
Direct url for creatin rules is https://<domain>.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/<spaceKey>/settings/automation#/tab/rule-library/withBanner
Hi @Teresa Kortmann -- Welcome to the Atlassian Community!
Yes, and...
I recently raised this change as a UX defect for Confluence Cloud because the only way to get to the space's rule list is:
Under space settings, the space's rule list no longer appears.
Kind regards,
Bill

Thansk guys!
Exactly what I was fearing.
So my co-workers without any admin rights will not be able to do anything to their now existing rules, once the new navigation goes live for all of them.

Not an answer just a gripe of- how does Atlassian let this slip lol. Like, how do they just remove easy access to a feature in their product?
I've already submitted feedback but was looking for a thread to see if there was an easier way to find the automation section besides leaving a tab open at all times lol.
Like...seriously.

Hello @Teresa Kortmann ,
They are still there in space setting, it is just going to space settings is different now.
As an admin, you’ll find space settings by selecting More actions (...) next to a space’s name.

If you still not able to see, make sure they have space admin access
